As the founder of ARC Learning, Eddy Sword is a veteran in corporate training and facilitation. He has designed and facilitated custom training programs for many major Canadian organizations in retail, media, IT and financial services. Eddy places primary importance on creating training programs that deliver measurable results for the organization and for the learner (or individual) . His ability to deliver value comes from a rare blend of business knowledge and broad training expertise. His process starts by delving down to the real problem at hand and creating solutions with sustainment in mind. Eddy is certified in multiple programs and assessment tools including Situational Leadership, Insights Discovery & DISC. Having taught and presented to audiences ranging from 1 to 100+, Eddy is skilled at both training design and presentation delivery to audiences from diverse industries and all levels of expertise.
